NinjaBot AI is a product of ZNex Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“ZNex,” “NinjaBot AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ZNex Technologies LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Policy.

This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you access or use our website at https://ninjabotai.pro and related pages (the “Site”) or any related services (collectively, the “Service”). It is a notice, not a contract.

  • Local strategy settings you choose to share with support for troubleshooting

b. Data we receive from our payment processor

  • Billing and transaction confirmations from Commas. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

  • IP address and approximate geolocation derived from it
  • Pages visited, buttons clicked, session duration
  • Device type, browser, operating system
  • Application diagnostics, error logs, and automation events

d. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect, access, or store your logins, passwords, 2FA/OTP codes, API keys, or any other credentials for third-party services (including NinjaTrader, brokers, prop firms, TradingView, email, or messaging apps). All such credentials are entered locally by you on your own device.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site, including:

  • Strictly Necessary — required to operate and secure the Site.
  • Analytics/Performance — Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used.
  • Marketing — Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Utmify, to measure advertising and attribute referrals.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.

  • Utmify — attribution and referral measurement
  • Kommo — customer relationship management and support communications
  • SendGrid — transactional and service-related email
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and DDoS protection
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Legal authorities where required by law

We do not share or receive your third-party credentials.

7. “Sale” and “Sharing” — California Notice

We do not sell your personal information for money.

However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, our use of advertising technologies (including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API) may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories that may be shared are identifiers (such as IP address and device identifiers) and internet activity information. They are shared with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and attribution.

To opt out of this sharing, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We will action your request without requiring you to create an account.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Account and license data — for the duration of your license, plus 24 months
  • Support communications — 24 months from the last interaction
  • Billing and transaction records — 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law
  • Analytics data — 14 months
  • Server and security logs — 90 days

After the applicable period, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

12. Payments and Financial Data

Payments are processed by Commas under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store or access your full card details. We receive transaction confirmations and limited billing metadata necessary for license issuance and support.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Site or by direct notice where appropriate.

15. Precedence

This Policy describes our privacy practices. Our Terms and Conditions of Use govern the commercial relationship. In the event of conflict regarding contractual matters, the Terms govern; in the event of conflict regarding privacy practices, this Policy governs.
