We have no influence or control over the rules, terms of service, evaluation criteria, or administrative decisions of any prop firm. The policies of these third-party companies—including, but not limited to, evaluation passing requirements, consistency rules, drawdown limits, payouts, and account terminations—are established exclusively by them and are subject to unilateral change at any time. By using our products, you fully and voluntarily assume all risks associated with trading through these institutions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, continuously monitoring, and strictly complying with all third-party terms and rules of your chosen prop firm.
